David Rovang was born in 1951. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1975. In 1980, he graduated from Drake University with a Juris Doctorate Degree. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1980. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

David is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Kitsap County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar for the Western District of Washington,

Mr. Rovang was a Deputy Prosecutor from 1980 through 1986. He has been in  private practice in Kitsap County since 1987.

Mr. Rovang’s practice is focused primarily on criminal defense, personal injury.

Eric Fong - Mr. Fong instructs at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, and is on the board of directors with Mr. Spence. Mr. Fong is on the board of directors for WSTLA, and is vice-chair of WSTLA’s criminal law section. He has served on the board of directors for the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, the board of directors for the Port Orchard Rotary club and is a trustee for the Kitsap County Bar Association.

With extensive trial and appellate experience, he is one of a handful of lawyers who consistently obtains excellent results at the trial and appellate level. He has tried over 40 cases to a verdict and argued over 60 cases in the Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court. Mr. Fong has successfully litigated catastrophic and whiplash auto crashes, products liability and brain injury cases in the United States District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington, Pierce County, King County and Kitsap County. In the criminal arena his experience includes cases from Murder in the First Degree to petty theft, federal charges to complex, precedent setting constitutional arguments.

Mr. Fong graduated from Indiana University in 1993, Seattle School of Law in 1996 and the Trial Lawyers College in 2001. He is the managing partner of Rovang Fong & Associates. He is a WSTLA Eagle, a member of WACDL, and licensed to practice law in federal districts and the US Supreme Court. His hobbies include fishing, skiing, gardening and just being out doors.

Craig Kibbe is an associate of Rovang Fong & Associates.

He received Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University in 2001.

Craig was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2001. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Kitsap County Bar Association, Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. 

He focuses his practice on Felony criminal defense law. His practice also includes juvenile sealing of records and felony expungements.

Andrea Little is an associate of Rovang Fong & Associates.  

Andrea is admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2006. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Kitsap County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.

Ms. Rasmusson received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa. She received her Juris Doctorate from Drake University School of Law.
